3. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are confirmed in writing at booking. Payment is due as specified—typically upon service completion. Late payments may incur a fee as set forth in your agreement.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
5. Client Responsibilities

If you’re unhappy with the service, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll revisit the area(s) at no additional cost.
